Our heater was giving us problems for a few days. Access sent a tech out. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in a couple of hours. Was friendly, respectful, and knew what he was doing. I would recommend Access at any time. They saved us a thousand dollars in the sale of our house and gave us a transferable warranty. 5-star service.

They tested everything to make sure it was working perfectly before leaving. They finished up at a decent time and cleaned up the area to my satisfaction. I trust them to do a great job every time. Access Heating, Air, and Plumbing is top-notch! They have serviced our HVAC system for the past several years and have done an excellent job! Their service techs always communicate the time of their arrival and are always professional and respectful of our home. They recently installed a brand new HVAC System, including A/C, and were prompt, professional, and cleaned up their work area as always. They are not a 'cut-rate' company - we probably could have shopped around and saved a few bucks, but you typically get what you pay for. If you want a trustworthy company with professional, competent techs, go with them!
